Rico's Bungalows in Kata provide an ideal atmosphere
in a tropical setting just 200 meters from one of the top beaches on
Phuket. With only 23 bungalows, which all are around the attractive
swimming-pool, a casual and personal environment is ensured. Furthermore
do they hold a high standard of comfort and attractive decor. A central location means, it is easy to walk to every point of interest in Kata. In less than a 1 minute Kata Beach can be reached. It is an 800 meters long sandy beach with lush palm-trees as a backdrop. Sun-beds, cold-tropical juices and exotic fruits are all available on the beach, which is also one of only a few beaches on Phuket that offers year-round swimming conditions. The shopping is now as exciting and attractive on Thai Na Road in Kata-centre as in the major resort area of Patong. Although should you wish to visit Patong too, then the local bus stop is right outside Rico's Bungalows and after a 20 minute ride along the western shores Patong is reached. Rico's Steakhouse & Pizzerias are some of the most
popular restaurants in Kata. One can be found at Rico's Bungalows and
another one in Kata centre. The restaurants are known for their juicy
tender steaks from the best New Zealand beef, a wide selection of crispy
pizzas with loads of toppings and not the least the delicious Thai dishes.
If you are more in the mood for an exotic cocktail or your favorite
drink, then you are welcome to take a seat by the bar. |
