" My room located at the upper floor, I have knee pain therefore problem to climb up staircase too frequent. Pls build up an elevator/lift for the elderly. In future I will indicate to request for lower floor. Hence this is 1st experience and I do not know own there s no lift in the resort. But overall we love our stay here "
